How to Convert DVD to MP4?

I have a DVD Recorder to record TV shows into DVD. I want to copy those shows to my computer then convert them to MP4 so I can watch them on my iPod and iPhone. I know I need a converter to convert these DVD videos to MP4 videos, but I don't know which one is better, there are plenty of them on the internet, freeware, trial version, shareware, etc. I'm at a loss of choosing them. Convert DVD to MP4 Steps:

Step 1: Load your DVD

Launch the DVD to MP4 converter, insert the DVD disk into your DVD-ROM, and click the "Browse" button to load DVD disc. Also, the converter allows you to load DVD folder and IFO file as source files.

Step 2: Set the output video format

Click to expand "Profile" drop-down list and scroll to select the "MP4 - MPEG-4 Video(*.mp4) format. Or click "To MP4" option on the top window.

Step 3: Start DVD to MP4 conversion

After all settings, you just need to click the "Convert Now" button to start the DVD to MP4 converting.

A few minutes later, the whole process of converting DVD to MP4 will be finished. After that, you can just click Open Folder button to find the target MP4 file conveniently.
